  1. Viipaloi kesäkurpitsa.
  2. Kasta munaan ja pyörittele parmesaanijuustossa.
  3. Levitä ne leivinpaperilla päällystetylle pellille. Paista 200°C 20-30 minuuttia.
  4. Syö välipalana lisäämällä kreikkalaista jogurttia. Mausta haluamallasi tavalla.
