Салат из Пекинской Капусты с Курицей

Быстрый, малокалорийный салат.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ставим отваривать куриное филе (для аромата можно добавить морковку, репчатый лук и лавровый лист. Бульон можно использовать для супа).
  2. Шинкуем пекинскую капусту.
  3. Мелко крошим зеленый лук.
  4. Огурец нарезаем соломкой.
  5. После того, как нашел куриное филе сварилось, нарезаем мелкими кубиками. А так же отвариваем яйца и крошим их мелко.
  6. Всё выкладываем в салатник, перемешиваем, солим по вкусу.
  7. Заправляем йогуртом и подаем порцию.
