Plumcake ai Mirtilli

Plumcake ai mirtilli e yogurt.

Directions

  1. Montare i bianchi a neve e lasciare da parte. Mixare i tuorli, lo zucchero, lo yogurt, il sale e l'olio.
  2. In una ciotola separata setacciare farina, maizena, bicarbonato e lievito.
  3. Unire gli ingredienti secchi e gli umidi, quindi incorporate a mano delicatamente il bianco a neve e i mirtilli surgelati.
  4. Mettere in uno stampo da plum cake e infornare a 180° per 45 minuti.
