Mousse Protéico de Morango

Directions

  1. Dissolver o pacote de gelatina de morango em 150mL de água fervida e depois acrescentar 150mL de água gelada. Adicionar a mistura o copo de iogurte desnatado e whey sabor baunilha. Bater tudo no liqüidificador e depois levar a geladeira.

É uma boa pedida! Colocaria uma geleia natural de morango por cima, cozidinha apenas com água e morangos... Hum... potencializaria o sabor!
