Тефтели из Курицы и Брокколи
Вкусные и сочные тефтели. На обед.
Ingredients
Directions
- Куриное филе измельчаем в фарш.
- В комбайне мелко рубим брокколи и лук, смешиваем с куриным фаршем, белко и желтком.
- Солим, перчим, добавляем специи по вкусу.
- Мокрыми руками формируем тефтели, выкладываем их на выстланный фольгой и смазанный маслом противень.
- Заливаем водой (совсем немного, примерно на четверть) и запекаем при 200 градусах примерно 25 минут.
