Lasanha de Abobrinha

  1. Fatie as abobrinhas, coloque-as numa grelha, espalhe uma pitada de sal em cima delas e deixe-as "suar" (o liquido dela vai sair), demora uma meia hora.
  2. Bata no liquidificador os tomates com alho, sal e orégano a gosto.
  3. Monte em um refratário, uma camada de molho, umas duas camadas de abobrinha, salpique um pouquinho de sal.
  4. Espalhe um pouco de molho, algumas fatias de cebola, salsa, salpique queijo ralado.
  5. Torne a colocar fatias de abobrinha, repetindo todas as camadas.
  6. Leve ao forno médio, por cerca de 20 minutos, até que as abobrinhas estejam murchas.
  7. Cubra com uma camada de mussarela, espalhe o azeite de oliva e volte ao forno apenas para que esta derreta.
  8. Se preferir, use o microondas. O tempo de cozimento é de 8 a 10 minutos em potência alta na primeira fase, mais uns 2 minutos na mesma potência, na segunda fase.
