Gevulde Champignons met Ham en Roomkaas

Champignons met kaas uit de oven zijn super lekkere en budget vriendelijke borrelhapjes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snipper de sjalotjes en haal de steeltjes uit de champignons.
  2. Bak de hamblokjes in een koekenpan en voeg na 5 minuten de gesnipperde sjalotjes toe.
  3. Voeg de roomkaas en de parmezaanse kaas toe. Indien het vrij droog blijft, kun je wat koud water toevoegen.
  4. Roer goed door tot het een mooie zachte massa is geworden.
  5. Vul de champignons met de vulling en zet ze in de oven voor 20 minuten.
  6. Eventueel opdienen op een ondergrond van rucolasla.
