Bolo de Banana

Bolo de banana sem farinha e sem açucar. Este bolo é ideal pra quem gosta de praticidade e procura receitinhas com baixa caloria.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Colocar todos os ingredientes em uma vasilha, menos o fermento, e bater com o mix ou no liquidificador.
  2. Acrescente o fermento em pó químico e misture bem. Despeje a massa em forma para bolo inglês untada e polvilhada com aveia flocos finos.
  3. Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 35 minutos. Apos 20 minutos vá acompanhando com uma faca, até ela sair limpinha.
  4. Obs.: caso queira incrementar mais a receita, você pode adicionar castanhas ou algum ingrediente à seu gosto. Na hora de servir polvilhar canela e/ou mel por cima.

Na foto eu aumentei um pouco a receita, usei 4 bananas e 3 ovos, por isso ele ficou um pouco maior.
