Directions

  1. Морковь отварить в подсолённой воде до готовности. Затем немного дать остыть, очистить и натереть на мелкой тёрке.
  2. К моркови добавить половину манки и сахар, всё хорошенько перемешать.
  3. Из полученной массы сформировать котлеты, обвалять их в оставшейся манке.
  4. Обжарить на растительном масле с обеих сторон.
