Рулетики из Баклажанов с Творогом

Красивая и полезная закуска.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Баклажаны вымыть, тонко нарезать шириной 3-5 мм. Обжарить до готовности на гриль сковороде.
  2. Творог хорошо размять с йогуртом, измельченным укропом, выдавленным чесноком. При желании посолить/поперчить.
  3. На готовый баклажан с краю выложить творожную смесь. Таким образом свернуть все рулетики. Рулетики из баклажанов с творогом готовы.
