Cake Pomme Banane

Idéal petit déjeuner ou goûter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Écraser la banane et mélanger avec la compote de pommes et les œufs.
  2. Ajouter la farine, le bicarbonate de soude et les flocons d'avoine.
  3. Verser la pâte dans un moule. Trancher les pomme et garnir. Mélangez la cassonade et la cannelle, puis saupoudrez dessus.
  4. Cuire au four à 210°C pendant 25 minutes, puis laisser reposer 10 minutes four éteint.
  5. Laisser refroidir, démouler et trancher.
