Cake Pomme Banane
Idéal petit déjeuner ou goûter.

Directions
- Écraser la banane et mélanger avec la compote de pommes et les œufs.
- Ajouter la farine, le bicarbonate de soude et les flocons d'avoine.
- Verser la pâte dans un moule. Trancher les pomme et garnir. Mélangez la cassonade et la cannelle, puis saupoudrez dessus.
- Cuire au four à 210°C pendant 25 minutes, puis laisser reposer 10 minutes four éteint.
- Laisser refroidir, démouler et trancher.
