Kokosmakronen, ganz einfach hergestellt.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Eiweiß steif schlagen, Zucker und Kokosflocken vorsichtig unterheben zum Schluss noch ein Esslöffel Öl drunterheben.
  2. Kleine Portionen aufs Backblech legen und bei 150 Grad ca 15 bis 18 Minuten backen, die Kokosmakronen sollten eine leichte Bräunung haben.
