Directions
- Eiweiß steif schlagen, Zucker und Kokosflocken vorsichtig unterheben zum Schluss noch ein Esslöffel Öl drunterheben.
- Kleine Portionen aufs Backblech legen und bei 150 Grad ca 15 bis 18 Minuten backen, die Kokosmakronen sollten eine leichte Bräunung haben.
