Directions

  1. Bata todos os ingredientes (exceto o fermento) no liquidificador. Acrescente o fermento.
  2. Leve ao forno (200°C) por 30-35min. Faça o teste do palito.

Perdição esta queijadinha, mas me trava totalmente...kkk....o falta de sorte desta pessoa com problemas com lactose!

Doce excelente para a dieta de Atkins. Na fase de indução, não colocar coco ralado. Pode-se adicionar mais 50g de queijo ralado e retirar o coco. Para as outras fases da dieta está liberado.
