- Faça um creme com a maisena, o leite e a canela, em fogo baixo, desligue quando estiver desgrudando do fundo da panela.
- Em uma tigela de vidro, alterne camadas do creme com a calda de abacaxi, após esfriar leve à geladeira.
- A calda do abacaxi adoça o creme, bom para quem quer evitar excesso de doce.
