Sopa de Cebolla

Sopa a base de cebolla y verduras.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cortar las verduras en julianas delgadas (tiritas) poner en una olla la margarina a derretir sin que se queme.
  2. Agregar las verduras y dorar bien revolviendo constantemente, aliñar con hierbas aromáticas si se desea una pizca (albaca, romero, orégano, tomillo, etc..).
  3. Agregar el agua, la sal,el caldo dejar hervir uno 10 minutos semi tapada después agregar la maicena disuelta en unas dos cucharadas de agua fría y revolver para que no se agrumen dejar que hierba 5 minutos mas y listo.
  4. Se le puede agregar al momento de servir crutones de pan horneados o trocitos de queso bajo en calorías.
