Röda Linser Tunnbröd

  1. Skölj linser.
  2. Blötlägg linserna och linfröna i vatten med lite salt i minst en timme, gärna över natten.
  3. Lägg allt i en mixer inklusive överflödigt blötläggningsvatten. Mixa tills det är slätt.
  4. Häll 2 matskedar smet i en torr het non-stick panna. Sprid ut det. När det bildas bubblor, vänd och stek den andra sidan i en minut eller tills den är genomstekt.
  5. Upprepa detta steg tills all smet är färdig.
  6. Låt den svalna och servera den med din favoritfyllning.
