Sopa de Espinafres

Perfeitamente adequada para quem está de dieta.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Descasque as cenouras e as cebolas e lave-as muito bem.
  2. Corte-as aos quartos e deite para uma panela grande.
  3. Lave as courgettes com pele e descasque os dentes de alho. Adicione-os ao preparado anterior e leve o tacho em lume médio com a água e azeite.
  4. Deixe cozinhar até que os legumes estejam tenros.
  5. Uns 2 ou 3 minutos antes de retirar o tacho do lume, junte os espinafres já lavados e deixar apurar.
  6. Opcional: guarnecer com coentros picados no final.
