Tomates rellenos con atun y arroz, buena base de proteinas y cereal.

Directions

  1. Hacer un preparado con el atun y el arroz, como si se formase una pasta.
  2. Ahuecar el tomate con una cuchara e incorporar el preparado de atun y arroz dentro.
  3. Servir con el queso arriba, hornear para que se derrita y decorar con una hojita de albahaca.

no son muchas proteinas las que pusiste? me fije en otras pag web y a lo sumo tiene 14gr de proteina. Tal vez me equivoque Saludos
