Spätzleauflauf

Spätzleauflauf mit Hühnchen und Paprika.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Die Zwiebel, die Paprika und das Hühnchenbrustfilet in kleine Würfel schneiden und in einer beschichteten Pfanne fettfrei anbraten.
  2. Den Frischkäse mit den Eiern verquirlen, mit den Gewürzen kräftig abschmecken.
  3. Nun die gegarten Spätzle mit allem gut vermengen, in eine Auflaufform geben und mit dem Käse bestreuen.
  4. Den Auflauf nun im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180°c für 40 min backen.
  5. Nach Belieben zusätzlich mit Alufolie abdecken, wenn der Käse noch cremig sein soll.
