Directions
- Tempere os filés com sal, cebola, alho e limão e pimenta do reino. Deixe alguns minutos. Bata o ovo com o leite e despeje sobre os filés. Espere 1/2 hora. Passe cada filé na farinha de rosca. Unte uma assadeira com margarina e arrume os filés. Leve ao forno por 30 minutos (ou até que estiverem corados). Cubra com fatias de queijo e regue com molho de tomate.
