Basmati Gebakken Rijst

Voedzaam en makkelijk te maken gebakken rijst recept voor lunch of diner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Kook de basmatirijst volgens de verpakking en laat volledig afkoelen. Doe dit van tevoren.
  2. Klop de eieren los in een kom en zet apart.
  3. Snijd de varkensfilet in kleine stukjes en breng op smaak.
  4. Snijd de ham in kleine blokjes, de prei in ringen en hak de ui, gember en knoflook fijn.
  5. Fruit de ui in de pan tot hij glazig is. Voeg het vlees toe en kook tot het gaar is.
  6. Voeg de gember, prei en knoflook toe, meng goed.
  7. Voeg dan de koude rijst toe, af en toe roeren. Spatel er tot slot de roereieren door. Mix tot goed gecombineerd.
