Muffin Super-Light alla Cannella

Muffin con solo albumi, farina integrale, banana.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Schiacciare la banana fino a renderla una poltiglia. Aggiungere gli albumi e mescolare con le fruste, fino ad avere una crema spumosa.
  2. Aggiungere alla crema il dolcificante, poi piano piano la farina, latte scremato, la cannella. Infine aggiungere lievito e bicarbonato e mischiare per bene.
  3. Mettere il composto ottenuto in pirottini per muffin e infornare a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa.
