Bacon Wrapped Broiled Sea Scallops
Low carb bacon wrapped scallops.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice and pepper in small bowl.
- Pour over scallops and marinate in refrigerator for about an hour.
- Wrap each scallop with 1/2 strip of bacon.
- Keep together with toothpick or put 3-4 on each skewer.
- Place on broiler pan. Broil in oven until golden brown and bacon is done to desired crispness.

I made these the other night and they were great. After reading one of the other reviews I decided to cook the bacon just a little before wrapping it on the scallops. I also added a bit more flavor by using some Mrs. Dash's Onion and Herb seasoning.

This recipe was not very good at all. By the time the bacon was cooked... Unfortunately, the scallops were way overdone and tasted horrible. I wouldn't recommend this recipe, but if you do decide to try it make sure to use very thin bacon

Ffor the G.I diet this doesn't work unless u switch the smoked bacon with back bacon.

With turkey bacon, this could work for SBD all phases.
