Dieses Ketobrot ist weich und locker, perfekt für Sandwiches oder Toast.

Directions

  1. Eier mit Salz, Backpulver, Joghurt und Frischkäse gut verrühren. Dann alle trockenen Produkte hinzufügen und gut verrühren, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht.
  2. Den Teig in eine mit Butter gefettete Form gießen. Auf Wunsch mit verschiedenen Saaten bestreut.
  3. Bei 170°C etwa 70 Minuten backen.
  4. Vor dem Anschneiden abkühlen lassen.
