Een heerlijk, gezond en verwarmend vegetarisch gerecht waar je van zult genieten.

Directions

  1. Snijd de groenten in blokjes.
  2. Bak de currypasta 3 minuten in een pan.
  3. Voeg tomatenblokjes en kokosmelk toe. Goed roeren.
  4. Groenten toevoegen en 15 minuten laten sudderen. Breng op smaak.
  5. Serveer eventueel met naan of rijst.
