A great recipe you're craving something sugary.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg whites and the diet soda. Mix until smooth.
- Take a cupcake pan, and either use cup cake papers or cooking spray (like Pam) so the cupcakes don't stick to the pan.
- Fill each cupcake tin to about 3/4 full.
- Bake for about 15 minutes. Cup cakes are done when the middle of the cup cakes are poked with a knife and the knife comes out clean.
- Enjoy!

this makes a great moist cake recipe, you really don't even need the egg whites, just add 12 oz. of diet soda and follow the calories on the cake mix, the soda alone does not change the calorie content.

Cake mixes are full of sugar, not suitable for phase 1 & 2, but could be ok in moderation for phase 3.
