Almôndegas de Atum Light com Aveia

Simples e rápida de fazer além de ser extremamente nutritiva.

Directions

  1. Amasse o atum com um garfo. Rale a cebola. Em seguida, misture bem todos os ingredientes numa vasilha, depois molde as bolinhas com a ajuda de uma colher de sopa, coloque em uma forma antiaderente e leva ao forno médio (180 a 200 graus) por aprox. 10 - 15 min. ou até dourar.
