Flan Napolitano

El flan es un delicioso postre.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. En una sartén calienta a fuego lento el azúcar. Mover para que no se queme. cuando se obtenga un color ambar retirar del fuego y poner en el molde que se usará para hacer el flan.
  2. Batir suficientemente los demás ingredientes hasta no obtener grumos. Si se bate suficiente quedará expuso. Logrando los agujeritos dentro del flan que a tantos gusta.
  3. Vaciar la mezcla en el molde en el cual habíamos previamente vaciado el caramelo. tapar con papel aluminio. Hornear a baño María por una hora (aproximadamente)o hasta que al introducir un palillo en el flan éste salga limpio. Esperar a que enfríe y desmoldar. Refrigerar y listo.
