Flan Napolitano
El flan es un delicioso postre.
Ingredients
Directions
- En una sartén calienta a fuego lento el azúcar. Mover para que no se queme. cuando se obtenga un color ambar retirar del fuego y poner en el molde que se usará para hacer el flan.
- Batir suficientemente los demás ingredientes hasta no obtener grumos. Si se bate suficiente quedará expuso. Logrando los agujeritos dentro del flan que a tantos gusta.
- Vaciar la mezcla en el molde en el cual habíamos previamente vaciado el caramelo. tapar con papel aluminio. Hornear a baño María por una hora (aproximadamente)o hasta que al introducir un palillo en el flan éste salga limpio. Esperar a que enfríe y desmoldar. Refrigerar y listo.
