  1. Reinigen Sie die Pilze. Stiele entfernen und würfeln.
  2. Die gewürfelten Stängel mit Zwiebeln und Schinkenwürfeln in einer vorgeheizten Pfanne mit Öl anbraten.
  3. Mit Sauerrahm und Schnittlauch mischen.
  4. Die Pilzkappen füllen, mit Käse bestreuen und in den Ofen stellen, bis sie gar sind.
