Pois Chiche et Épinards au Curry

Directions

  1. Coupez un oignon en morceau, le mettre dans la poêle chaude avec l’huile de coco et le curry.
  2. Rajouter les pois chiche et le lait de coco.
  3. Assaisonner puis ajouter les épinards frais.
  4. Laisser mijoter quelques minutes; une fois que les épinards ont rétréci, c’est cuit.
