Refrigerio sabroso y sin azúcar para quienes siguen una dieta cetogénica.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Moler las semillas de sésamo y chía.
  2. Mezcla todos los ingredientes y sazona al gusto.
  3. Poner en una bandeja para hornear y aplanar uniformemente. Cortar en rectángulos.
  4. Hornear en horno precalentado a 180ºC durante 15 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
