Saludables Pancakes

Pancakes sin gluten, sin lactosa y sin azúcar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Batimos el huevo unos 2 minutos hasta espumar.
  2. Con movimientos envolventes añadimos la mitad de la harina de arroz.
  3. Añadimos los ingredientes líquidos (vainilla, leche sin lactosa y aceite) y mezclamos.
  4. Por último incorporamos la otra mitad de la harina. Todo con movimientos envolventes para anadir aire a la mezcla.
  5. Calentamos una sartén antiadherente a fuego bajo-medio.
  6. Añadimos una cucharada de la mezcla realizada y esperamos hasta que salgan unas burbujas en la superficie. En ese momento le damos la vuelta a los pancakes y esperamos unos 15 segundos.
  7. Una vez listos, se pueden acompañar con frutas, sirope de arce, la mantequilla o lo que más os guste.
