Salade van Witlof, Appel & Walnoten

Lekker frisse salade om mee te lunchen of voor bij de avondmaaltijd.

Directions

  1. Alle groenten en appel fijnsnijden en in een kom doen. Let op: prei in flinterdunne ringen snijden.
  2. Yoghurt, citroensap en olijfolie er overheen druppelen. Op smaak brengen met zou en peper. Alles goed door elkaar mengen.
  3. Salade losjes op een bord verdelen. Walnoten grof hakken en strooien over salade.
