Quiche Poireaux Chèvre

Directions

  1. Faire cuire les poireaux.
  2. Battre les œuf le lait et les épices puis finissez par ajouter la farine petit à petit.
  3. Mettre du papier sulfurisé en fond de plat a tarte.
  4. Disposer les poireaux puis le fromage couper en morceau ou en rondelle recouvrir de l appareil à quiche.
  5. Enfourner 45minutes à 180 degrés.
