- Lavar bien la quinoa y colar, hasta que el agua salga clara.
- Cortar la cebolla en dados en un recipiente (yo prefiero un wok), y pochar la en aceite caliente junto con el ajo picado. Añadir las verduras. Cuando se comiencen a hacer, añadir la quinoa, y daremos vueltas hasta que suelte toda el agua y empiece a dorarse.
- Añadir el caldo de verduras y esperar a que empiece a hervir. Bajar el fuego y dejarlo cocer unos 15 minutos hasta que absorba todo el caldo.
- Servir caliente.
