Куриная Грудка в Йогурте.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Куриные грудки порезать (одну на 8 кусочков). Сложить ее в форму для запекания. Добавить соевый соус, йогурт и перец.
  2. Туда же выдавливаем чеснок и нарезаем лук полукольцами. Перемешиваем и оставляем мариноваться минут на 30 (если времени нет, можно не мариновать).
  3. В хорошо разогретую духовку до 180 градусов ставим нашу курочку и запекаем минут 25-30. Приятного аппетита!
