Smoked Turkey Salad with Sesame Seeds and Sprouts
A great change of pace when you're sick of lettuce. Crisp bean sprouts make for a salad that is pretty to look at and good to eat.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine turkey, bean sprouts, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, and Splenda. Stir to dissolve Splenda.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
