110 Calorie Crustless Veggie Quiche

Cheesy with heavy flavour and vegan-friendly light dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium heat large pan, cook the vegetables and herbs. Stirring frequently and remove from heat until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add to a baking dish and spread cheese over. Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the cheese.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let it cool before slicing.
  4. If there's any leftovers, store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
