110 Calorie Crustless Veggie Quiche
Cheesy with heavy flavour and vegan-friendly light dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a medium heat large pan, cook the vegetables and herbs. Stirring frequently and remove from heat until vegetables are tender.
- Add to a baking dish and spread cheese over. Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let it cool before slicing.
- If there's any leftovers, store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
