Tomate Relleno con Atun

Tomate relleno de atun sobre colchon de lechuga.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ahuecar un tomate mediano y picar la pulpa.
  2. Cortar la lechuga en fina juliana, mezclar con la pulpa del tomate y aderezar con aceto balsamico.
  3. Mezclar 1/2 lata de atun, el huevo hervido pisado y el casancrem.
  4. Rellenar el tomate y colocar sobre la lechuga.
