Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scheid de eidooier en het eiwit.
  2. Klop het eiwit met zout stijf. Klop het eigeel met roomkaas tot het is opgenomen.
  3. Combineer de twee mengsels door voorzichtig te vouwen.
  4. Schep mengsel en vorm ballen. Plaats op met bakpapier beklede bakplaat.
  5. Bak in de voorverwarmde oven op 180°C gedurende 20-25 minuten goudbruin.
