Directions

  1. Blender bawang merah, bawang putih, cengek, kencur/cikur dan air, atau bisa di uleg.
  2. Tumis bumbu (di teflon anti lengket) sampai airnya surut, (biar gak pait), terus jangan tambah minyak.
  3. Lalu masukan air dan telur, tunggu sampai matang. Bisa tambah daun jeruk biar wangi.
  4. Tambah mie shirataki dan pakcoy.
  5. Masukan gula tropicana dan garam sesuai selera.
  6. Cicipi, tunggu sampai airnya agak surut.
  7. Selesai.
