Muffin proteico coco-choco

Uno spuntino senza colpa semplice e veloce.

Directions

  1. Sbattete con una frusta gli albumi assieme allo yogurt.
  2. Aggiungere la farina setacciata, il lievito e le proteine del siero, aggiungendo gradualmente e continuando a mescolare con una frusta.
  3. Mettere l'impasto nelle coppette e cospargere con il cocco grattugiato. Infornare a 180°C con forno ventilato per 25 minuti.
