少油煎的鱼饼。

Directions

  1. 鱼肉去皮去大骨,搅拌机搅1-2分钟。
  2. 分别加料酒,葱姜水,盐,用筷子搅上劲。
  3. 加鸡蛋,搅匀。
  4. 分三次加燕麦麸,搅匀。
  5. 加虾仁,搅匀。
  6. 整形50g左右一个圆饼,小火平底锅抹油煎熟两面。
