Sunrise Smoothie

A filling low-calorie smoothie.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add yogurt to the blender.
  2. Add banana in chunks, and blend until smooth.
  3. Add fresh or frozen strawberries, and blend until smooth.
  4. Add diet orange soda and blend.
  5. Finally, add the ice and blend until smooth.

Can this recp. be made with out soda and still taste good or is their another subsitution for the soda? I just have been off soda for a month now and I really dont really want to touch it right now.
