  1. Batir a nieve la clara de 1 huevo, una vez lista incorporar la yema, 3 cucharadas de harina de linaza, sal, una pizca de polvos de hornear y revolver, una vez lista la mezcla verter en un recipiente enmantequillado al microondas por 1 minuto.

Le he agregado especies (merken, oregano, albahaca) y queda igual de rico

El sabor se disimula agregando ajo en polvo y otras especias como orégano o tomillo. Además de un día para otro baja mucho el olor. Saludos !!!
