Low Carb Aubergine Salami Champignons Pizza.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Aubergine in Scheiben schneiden.
  2. Mit Öl bestreichen und salzen.
  3. 10 min in den Ofen
  4. Währenddessen, Tomatenmark verdünnen und mit Salz & Pfeffer u. Oregano würzen.
  5. Aubergine womit bestreichen.
  6. Salami dünn schneiden.
  7. Pilze dünn schneiden.
  8. Auberginescheiben belegen mit käse bestreuen und in den backofen.

Hab heute dein Rezept probiert. In meiner Variante habe ich Tomaten statt Champis benutzt und das ganze mit Mozarella überbacken. War super lecker. Danke für die Idee.

Ich habe das Rezept mit Tomatenscheiben statt Tomatenmark ausprobiert, es hat mir auch super Geschmeckt. Sehr leckere Idee!

Super Idee!! Aber noch ein kleiner Tipp, es ist gut die Aubergine zu salzen und dann ein wenig liegen zu lassen, da dann das bittere aus dem Aubergine verschwindet. Aber ansonsten alles top!
