Салат с Кальмарами

Лёгкий и питательный салат с кальмарами.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Кальмары очистить, нарезать кольцами, отварить три минуты, откинуть на дуршлаг и дать стечь воде.
  2. Огурцы нарезать соломкой, яйца мелко порубить, зелень измельчить.
  3. Смешать кальмары, огурцы, заранее отваренный рис, яйца и зелень и заправить йогуртом, посолить.

Если убрать рис - можно минимизировать и углеводы, и калории, но при этом сохранится насыщенность блюда за счёт белка!
