Power-Protein-Riegel

Selbstgemachte Proteinriegel.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Den Backofen auf 200 °C vorheizen.
  2. Alle Zutaten miteinander vermengen.
  3. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.
  4. Die Masse darauf gleichmäßig verteilen. Am besten in der Form eines Quadrats, so lassen sich später in etwa gleich große Stücke einfacher schneiden.
  5. Das Blech auf mittlerer Schiene in den vollständig vorgeheizten Backofen schieben.
  6. Die Masse für etwa 20–25 Minuten backen.
  7. Herausnehmen, auskühlen lassen, zuschneiden, fertig.
  8. Die Riegel lassen sich gut in einer Frischhaltebox einige Tage außerhalb des Kühlschranks aufbewahren. Die Flavdrops sind optional.
