  3. Bei 180 Grad ca 20 min backen.

Lecker sehen sie ja aus, aber .. Bei dieser Kalorien Analyse (19% fett, 68% kohlh, 12% eiw.), sollte es eher "Proteinhaltige Cookies" heißen. ala ... "kann Spuren von Protein enthalten" "Gesund" müsste man daher echt überdenken. Zuckerbombe. Ab 20% Eiweiß, ist mMn der Hinweis auf das Extra-Protein legitim. aber bei diesem Zucker-Anteil ist es hier komplett irreführend.
