Directions

  1. Passe a pururuca no processador fazendo uma "farinha". Bater tudo no processador exceto a água, que deve ser acrescentada aos poucos enquanto processa até que se forme uma massa com consistência para fazer bolinhas.
  2. Modele as bolinhas e coloque no freezer por 20 minutos.
  3. Frite em óleo bem quente. Umas 4 ou 5 por vez. Sirva com o molho de sua preferência.
